Raftario Cabs is a service aggregator that connects customers with independent drivers or transport providers. Our offerings include local rides, outstation trips, airport transfers, corporate travel, and hotel/event transportation. We serve purely as a facilitator and are not responsible for the performance or conduct of third-party service providers.
To use our services, users must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. Users must also provide accurate personal information and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Raftario reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent activity.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the booking details provided are accurate and up to date. Upon booking, the user must be available at the pickup location at the designated time. Cancellations must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy. Charges may apply for late cancellations or no-shows.
Fares are estimated during booking and may vary due to traffic, route, tolls, or other real-time conditions.PaymentcanbemadethroughvariousacceptedmethodsincludingUPI,cards,orcash. In case of billing disputes, Raftario will conduct a fair review and resolve the issue.
Drivers listed on our platform are independent contractors. While we perform document verification, we do not control or supervise their day-to-day conduct. Raftario is not liable for delays, accidents,or any losses arising from services provided by drivers. However, we encourage users to report any grievances, which we take seriously and address promptly.
Your personal data is collected and used as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using Raftario Cabs, you consent to our use of your data for service delivery, support, and improvement. We do not sellor share personal information without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
All content available on our platform including text, logos, and software is the intellectual property of Raftario Cabs. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited and may lead to legal consequences.
Raftario shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, performance issues, or system downtime. While we strive for continuous availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.
