At Raftario Cabs, we understand that travel plans may change. This policy explains the terms and
conditions for ride cancellations.
1. Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation made within 2 hours of scheduled pick-up time:
- 60% of the booking amount will be refunded.
- 40% will be deducted as a cancellation fee.

Cancellation made within 24 hours of scheduled pick-up time:
- Full refund will be provided.

No-Show (failure to board the cab within 15 minutes of the scheduled time):
- No refund will be applicable, and minimum base fare may be charged.
2. Cancellation by Raftario Cabs
In case Raftario Cabs cancels the booking due to driver unavailability, vehicle breakdown, or unforeseen
circumstances:
- Customers will receive a 100% refund of the prepaid booking amount.
- Alternatively, customers may reschedule the ride at no extra cost.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued only via online transfer to the customer’s bank account
- No cash refunds will be provided.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of cancellation.
